On November 9th the team behind wildly popular chocolate - Pana Chocolate - invited Ghost Host to help produce a one of a kind degustation dining experience to help celebrate World Vegan Day.
This event was to be a an introduction & celebration of hand crafted raw foods with a strong focus on desserts.
Backed by a great cause - with part of the ticket proceeds going to planting 10 000 native trees in Victoria.
Held in a private mess hall in North Melbourne, 160 guests enjoyed seven courses of gourmet dishes made from the best, locally sourced, natural, raw ingredients including the wine!
Taking the body on a raw culinary journey, each dish was handcrafted to compliment the next with all courses made from only plant based ingredients and produced using minimal heat.
Dishes that were as nutritious as they were delicious this iconic culinary event was the first of its kind and a huge success, being sold out. There was much press surrounding the event and many guests dancing well on into the night.
